Orders are shipped via Priority Mail USPS.

Shipping time is usually 5-10 Business days after order has been placed & payment clears. During the holidays shipping might take longer. We hand-pour every candle to your specifications, color and fragrance choices.

Your order will be shipped to the address provided at check out. All sales and shipments are final. We take pride in our double-checking system to get your order right the first time, every time! All Candles prepared and packaged with care. Our packages are packed tightly. We always strive to use the best size box with the least amount of wasted space. You won't get a large box with mostly peanuts.

However, if we made an error in color, fragrance or shipment kindly contact us and we will gladly address the issue immediately.

A Gift Card will be enclosed with your Special Message attached. The gift set will come with colored shred. Kindly email us or leave a note when checking out what you would like your message to say.

Insurance is NOT included in shipping costs and is the responsibility of the customer to purchase at an extra cost. Brookfield Candle Company will not be held responsible for lost or damaged items that were shipped without insurance. Any damaged items received in which insurance was purchased must be presented to your local USPS for a refund.
