Returns & Cancellations

All fragrances have been tested in Soy wax in both candles and melts/tarts. Scent choices are personal and subjective and may vary in scent strength from person to person. Please keep this in mind when ordering. We do not accept returns simply because you do not like the scent.


If your items need to be returned please contact me as soon as possible. Returned items must be unused and in its original condition.


The buyer is responsible for original and return shipping costs unless the item is being returned due to damage or defects.


If your item is defective or damaged, I will replace the defective or damaged item as originally ordered. Please contact me within 3 days of receiving your order. Please take photos of your damaged items including packaging as the USPS requires photos of all insured claims.


Please verify that the shipping address is correct before placing your order. If an address has been entered incorrectly the buyer is responsible for additional postage. The buyer is also responsible for postage to resend a package that has been returned to us for any other reason. If you feel you have entered an address in error please contact us as soon as possible as we may be able to correct it with USPS.


You may cancel your order within 6 hours of ordering. Please contact us via email or by phone at 508-962-4483 to cancel.



Products with personalized labels and/or custom scents are not returnable.
